Data we receive

Names, job titles, company details and contact details sent to us by e-mail, and the documents suppliers send for registration.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to answer requests, qualify suppliers, prepare bids and perform contracts. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual steps, and our legitimate interest in managing supplier and partner relations (GDPR, art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Retention

Supplier and partner data are kept for the duration of the relationship and three years after the last contact. Contract and accounting documents are kept for ten years, as French law requires.

Recipients

Data are shared only with the parties needed for a given contract: procuring entities, freight forwarders, customs brokers, inspection companies and banks. The site is hosted by Contabo GmbH (Germany) and served through Cloudflare, Inc.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@clairmontsupply.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
