Samples and inspection
Where the tender requires samples, we submit them before the bid.
Before shipment, the goods are inspected for quantity, marking, packing and conformity with the specification, by our team or by an independent inspection company.
Documents
Each shipment carries the documents named in the contract. These usually include:
- commercial invoice
- packing list
- certificate of origin
- declaration or certificate of conformity
- test reports
Sanctions and export control
Every supplier, carrier and consignee is screened against the EU, UN, UK and US sanctions lists before an order is placed.
Goods subject to export licensing are shipped only once the licence has been issued.
Freight & delivery
Transport, customs clearance and acceptance at the buyer's named place.
