Quotations
For each lot we send the technical specification to several suppliers and ask for price, lead time, Incoterm and the documents the buyer will require.
Supplier selection
We compare the quotations line by line against the specification. Price is one criterion; lead time, documents and capacity for the full quantity are the others.
Purchase orders
The purchase order repeats the specification, the quantity, the packing and marking instructions and the inspection terms. Production follow-up and expediting continue until the goods are ready to ship.
